Shipping & Returns
How long does shipping usually take?

Salt products are shipped from our headquarters in Plettenberg Bay with our trusted courier partner XtraSmile. Our orders usually reach you within 2-5 business days.

What are the different shipping methods available?

Free Shipping is available for orders over R1000.

Standard Shipping is available for orders below R1000 at a cost of R110.

Do you offer international shipping?

We don’t offer international shipping just yet.

How long do I have to return an item?

Orders must be returned to us within 30 days from the date of purchase as indicated on your invoice. Returns outside of this period will be sent back to you.

Where are Salt garments made?

All of our garments are produced in South Africa using locally made fabrics as much as possible. This is part of our commitment to uplifting the people in our local community.

I saw something on your Instagram that isn’t on the store. How do I buy it?

Our website features the Salt. Evergreen Collection. Seasonal pieces are sold exclusively in our stores in Plettenberg Bay, Kalk Bay, and Zim. If there’s a piece you want that isn’t available online, you can shop it in-store or drop us a line.

How should I care for my new clothing items?

All Salt garments are locally made from 100% Natural fabrics. We overdye our garments using pigment and reactive dyes to create a gently worn look. When washing, do not use bleach. Your Salt clothes will stay fresh if you wash them in cold water using eco friendly detergents.
